A new home

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)
It's official!  I've found a new home for my art-stuffs and a permanent residence for my Fuzzy Skeletonians.  In short, I've got my own ding-dang domain, bitches!  I have paid for and registered FuzzySkeletonian.com and it feels good : D  All I've done so far is set up a Wordpress.org blog so I can get back to bidness with my arts.  That's what's most important to me right now but, hey, it's a whole freakin' website so who knows what the future holds!

As for this blog, I plan to leave it up as a static archive for as long as Blogger will have me.  Anyway, head on over to the new site and leave me a house-warming comment or two!

disruption of creation

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

Figured it was about time to post another one of my fuzzy minions.  His head still seems to be in the process of attaching itself, as the cloud of fuzzy connective tissue begins to coalesce.  I have the impulse to grab this guy by his soft-looking esophagus-spine and just shake the shit out of him, never giving his head the chance to fully connect.  Would be interesting to see what happens.  What might be the fate of someone who interrupts the creation of a Fuzzy Skeletonian?

wild hand

Check it out, peeps!  It's my most recent entry into the Sharpie craze.  I drew this guy quickly and fiercely, as I may have been under the influence of a frappuccino.  Not sure whether the title refers to my hand or his.

for the cock lovers

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

Behold my swinging organ!  It swings!  It wiggles!  It bounces with each steppy step!  Don't get too close or it'll hit you in the eye!  I figure it's about damn time I posted some COCK for the cock lovers out there.  I've been letting the heat and the overtime get to me and I've been lax in my artistic responsibilities as a creator of gratuitous, hastily drawn, PORN.

This was drawn in the classic Sharpie craze style that I've so diligently bored you with in the past.  There's something about a Sharpie that I'm so completely comfortable with.  I think part of its appeal is that it's got just the right amount of friction as it moves across the page.  Also, the fumes.  Sharpie fumes can't be fairly described as pleasant but they're a smell I've grown used to.  Sort of an acquired taste.  While drawing, this all comes together in a peculiar way for me.  The fumes, the friction, the slight headache from said fumes.  It's like I'm huffing the fumes, metaphorically jerking off and drawing all at the same time.  It's not a healthy relationship but that's part of what makes it great.  Maybe someday I'll get to the point where I'm actually jerkin' it while I'm drawing but who knows.  I've drank for three nights in a row now.  Can you tell?

Anyway, enjoy the cock.  The cock loves you and wants your adorations.

torso man and a moment of clarity

Torso Man, the very first Fuzzy Skeletonian.
Sharpie marker on 65lb. paper, completed 2003

Thought I'd revisit Torso Man with a fresh scan in celebration of making Vincent's Handmade Art your official home of the Fuzzy Skeletonian!

I know this may not seem like a big revelation to the casual observer but I recently had a moment of artistic clarity.  Simply put:  I want to be known as that Fuzzy Skeletonian guy.   Hence the change in header and blog description.  That's all I really wanted to say.  Just wanted to throw that out there, let it gel for a while and see what develops.

     Have a great week!

sexual insecurities and llamas

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

I've been putting this one off for a while now mainly because it still makes me a tad uncomfortable.  Drawn immediately after lust mouth, I feel like this in a lot of ways represents my more immature attitudes and insecure feelings regarding sex (not that lust mouth doesn't).  I can't really get more specific than that, other than it kind of seems like this drawing is saying, "Oh, it's a scary vagina!  I'm afraid!"

square eyes

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

Early Sharpie craze.  Done immediately before this.  I'm assuming this is a self-portrait if this is any indicator.  The good ol' mouth on the head seems to be a definite self-reference, although I don't seem to have sad, square eyes or a hand-vagina.  Eh, nobody's perfect.

the margarita king

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

Seems like it's been a while since I've posted something from my past.  Also, I haven't had much time for new stuff lately so this works out pretty well.

Don't have too much to say about this one.  I'm thinking the jumbo lime margarita I had after work today probably has something to do with that.  This has been my new tradition of late.  All work weeks with 7 or more days end with a jumbo lime margarita.  Today's margarita was enjoyed with a generous helping of tacos de carne asada.  I was very very happy when dinner was done.  Right now, I'm pretty blown so I'll sign off and hopefully get my ass to bed early if I can manage it.  Thanks for stopping by.

skull brain branch

Tried to get back to basics with this one.  Some good ol' fashioned black on white Sharpie action.  Oh yeah, baby!

As for content, I can't for the life of me figure out what might have been on my mind.  It's just a soft fuzzy brain.  A brain that looks like it might part in the middle if something were pushed into it and...  and is most likely moist inside.  'Cause it's a brain, and brains are squishy and warm and moist inside, right?  Also, I drew this resting on a piece of wood.  Or maybe it's a branch.  A big round, long branch that's very near the soft, fuzzy, warm, moist brain.  So I guess this is just a strange still life of sorts.  Just a skull, brain, branch sort of thing.  Yeah, that's it.

mangina vs. cockasaurus, 2 of 2

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

If you haven't already, head over to Mr. Gable's Reality and drink deeply the literary elixir that is Mangina vs Cockasaurus.  All done?  Pretty awesome, eh?  I thought so too.  Stacia and I tossed a joke title at him on a lark and he cranks out an instant gem of a movie pitch!  That's what's called "The Gable Way" and don't you fucking forget it.

Recently, when Gable casually suggested I do the poster art for the movie, I found it more than a little intriguing.  I mean, I've never been bashful about drawing vaginas and cocks in my artwork and Gable's movie pitch had so much imagination that coming up with something to draw was quite easy.  While I didn't end up drawing an actual movie poster per se, I did come up with a couple of scenes from the movie pitch featuring our lovable hero and our dastardly villain.  First up, Mangina:

This is from early in the final battle when they're beating each other off up with various improvised weapons and objects.  I'm much happier with this version of Mangina.  While I got the disfigured look down with yesterday's first draft I thought he ended up looking a little wimpy and Mangina is supposed to be super strong.  I beefed him up in this version.  Much better, I think.  Plus the car door looks like the door off of the old Geo Metro I used to drive.

Cockasaurus gave me trouble at first but then I stopped thinking so hard and just drew a huge cock, as I am wont to do:

This is Cockasaurus firing that fateful shot that brought Mangina crashing to the ground, foiling his attempt at an aerial escape and almost spelling the end of Mangina.  I'm pretty tickled with this.  Once I decided to go Full Moon with the "costume" and "special effects" it really worked well.  Gary Busey could easily play the part of Cockasaurus, am I right?

Well, this has been both gobs of fun and quite interesting.  I surprised myself that I was able to think of an idea or two and reproduce them in a fairly accurate fashion to what I had in my head.  Kind of a minor, personal breakthrough of sorts.  Anyway, I hope this was as fun for you as it was for me.  VAGINAS AND COCKS RULE!!

mangina vs. cockasaurus, 1 of 2

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

Here's my first draft of Mangina.  I drew him "street vigilante" style, with his spiked club, ready to brutally murder any and all criminals that cross his path:

Cockasaurus proved to be more difficult for some reason.  What follows is not so much a first draft as a sort of brainstorming of what the character should look like:

After I finished these first two attempts it dawned on me what I needed to do.  I realized I was thinking way too hard about this.  I remembered the final showdown in the junkyard and it suddenly all fell into place.  Tune in tomorrow for the exciting conclusion to my Gable-inspired drawing adventure!

stomach flu

No this isn't my latest style, it's what I've been going through in the past 48 hours.  Just when I thought I was going to make it through all of the holidays without catching something, I end up with the worst stomach flu I've had in years.  I'll spare you the details by just saying that I'm surprised I still have any internal organs left.

The above image was actually drawn years ago during (you guessed it) the Sharpie craze.  If there's one thing that continues to surface throughout the craze, it's good ol' fashioned vomiting.  Except, in my case, there were no midgets pointing at me.  Well, I better get some rest and you all be careful, this shit is apparently contagious for a full 2 weeks after you've recovered.

birds in the sky

I drew a handful of these creatures during the Sharpie craze.  I think they were just attempts to recreate what I had done in eruption, one of my all-time favorite drawings.  I can only assume that this is also a self-portrait of sorts.  Not sure what it's all about but the birds in the sky in the background are nice.

Oh well, that's all I've got.  Thanks for taking a look.

Mutant Santa...

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

...in a sick twisted christmas complete with xmas trees, elf porn, and the everseeing eye...spying on all those children of the 3rd dimension.

- Credits -

Original artwork:  Me
Title and description text:  Mr. Gable (used without permission and hopefully forgiven!)
Color scheme/ideas inspired by:  Katn and Mr. Gable

I don't normally do anything special for xmas but I just couldn't resist!  When I read the comments on hungry head they totally stuck in my head and I just ran with it.  The colorizing is a bit primitive and goofy but I just decided to have fun with it.  I did my best to achieve what was in the comments of the original post, turning the "xmas trees" green and going with the Grinch colors for Mutant Santa.

I hope you all get a laugh from this one, that's what it's for!  This also turned out to be my 100th post!  Yay for me and Mutant Santa!

buggy bugs

Back in ye olde days of the Sharpie craze I drew this little pair of bugs perched on some dragon breath.  They seem to have a definite enthusiasm to them, like they're at a football game or something and they're all like, "Woooo!  Go Packers!!"

first page

This is the first page of the sketchbook I started over 7 years ago in the midst of the Sharpie craze in full swing.  This is the very same sketchbook that I'm just a few short pages away from finishing here in the near future.  I guess it's not much of a milestone but it is yet another one of the fascinating bits of trivia I try to give to you, my gentle and attractive readers.

rygar hanging

More stuff from my past.  The creature at the bottom was probably the result of me playing the original NES Rygar game too much.  Looks a little like one of the level bosses.  I loved Rygar.  There was no time limit, no score, just a quest to complete and you could take your own sweet time.  My kinda game.

Anyway, I'm sure there's lots of symbolism in this one but I've never really gave it much thought.  Maybe the little guy hanging below and inside the powerful beast man is supposed to be my vulnerable, inner self, preferring to die rather than face the difficulties and pain of life.  Or maybe he's just too tired from playing Rygar.

spire of doom

It's the Spire of Doooom!  It reaches up into the skyyyyyyy!  It's opening a portal to helllllll!  So Satan can screw us with his cooooock!

Okay, I'll stop now.  I only drew one of these things, unless this counts as a Spire of Doom.  I really need to get back to these fast drawings.  Lately, I've been bogged down with fussy details and color experimentation.  I think it's getting on my nerves.

crazy cats

Here's some quick, cat cuties from my past.  This is a sample grab off of one of the three pages that were in between this and this, believe it or not.  I've always been a cat person so they tend to creep into my work in one way or another.  I'm all like, "Death, skeletons, death, insanity... Aww!  Lookit da cute kittehs!  Puking, porn, death, porn, porn..."

protrusions

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)

These protrusion, horn-type things show up a lot throughout the Sharpie craze.  Not sure what they are but I enjoyed drawing them.  Also threw in some martial art-type hand gestures for some reason.
