A new home

(ADULT CONTENT BELOW)       It's official!  I've found a new home for my art-stuffs and a permanent residence for my Fuzzy Skeletonians.  In short, I've got my own ding-dang domain, bitches!  I have paid for and registered FuzzySkeletonian.com and it feels good : D  All I've done so far is set up a Wordpress.org blog so I can get back to bidness with my arts.  That's what's most important to me right now but, hey, it's a whole freakin' website so who knows what the future holds!

     As for this blog, I plan to leave it up as a static archive for as long as Blogger will have me.  Anyway, head on over to the new site and leave me a house-warming comment or two!

is it dry yet and an apology

     First of all, I would like to thank everyone for the kind comments, emails and all-around supportive advice.  You guys rule : )  Second, I'd like to offer a bit of an apology for freaking out a little.  It was late, I was trying to relax a bit and post some freakin' art and then I get the "oh noes, boobies and penises are bad!" thing from Picasa and it just pissed me off.

     Aaaanyway, here's what I was trying to post the other night (didn't have to accept the terms of "service" this time for some reason)::
     As you can tell, I was working rather wet and laying the paint on thick and messy.  I thought to myself when I was done that this would take a while to dry so I let it sit for days but its wet appearance never really went away:   ...and I'm still thinking, "Is it dry yet?" and that there's moisture trapped under there.  Like if I just carefully used an xacto knife or a razor blade wet paint would start running out!  I guess this is just the nature of acrylic when you really glob it on.

     Thanks again for all the suggestions and advice.  I'll be looking into all the possibilities.  Who knows?  Maybe I'll find a much better place to call home than Blogger.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!

     Well, since the fine, open-minded people at Picasa Web Albums no longer allow pornography or obscenity (you know, the basic CORE of my fucking fucking artwork!?!) AND since Google owns both Blogger and Picasa I"m just going to assume this here blog's days are numbered.

     I'm not going to voluntarily shut my blog down (I'll leave that to the jerks at Google & Friends) but I am going to start looking for another place to display my artwork.  SO... if I'm not posting here anymore, I hope you'll understand.  If you want to get a hold of me I still check the email address in my profile.

     I knew this whole free blogging thing was too good to be true.  I'll post here when I find a new home for my art stuffs.  If deletion of this blog happens swiftly, my non-Google email is: edco [at] xmission [dot] com if you want to be kept abreast of updates.
